Fluxus is a Franco-British charity initiated by the Institut français in the United Kingdom. Its mission is to promote emerging artists on both sides of the Channel by financially supporting their exhibition projects all year round.
In the space of three years, it has supported 50 projects.
Check out one of the FRIEZE Projects curated by Nicola Lees, supported by FLUXUS: an installation by French artist Lili Reynaud-Dewar, who committed to produce only bedroom pieces in 2013. In this spirit, Reynaud-Dewar will stage an immersive and performative environment taking the form of a bedroom installation. Reynaud-Dewar’s project examines and is inspired by the works of writers who make their own life the material of their work, such as Guillaume Dustan’s text Dans Ma Chambre (In My Room, 1996), among others. Don’t miss her performance on the 16th of october!
