VISA INFORMATION

For British citizens
Please note that British citizens can stay in any EU country without a visa for up to 90 days in a 180-day period. Before applying, please look back over the last 180 days, and count the total number of days you have spent in any EU country (and Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland) during that time. If the number of days counted, added to the number of days of residency (maximum 56 days), exceeds 90 days, you will need to apply for the appropriate visa and residence permit. Be careful to count the additional days if you wish to travel to the EU after your stay.

For non-EU citizens
If you live in the UK but you don’t have a British citizenship, please look into the Annex 1 presenting the list of third countries whose nationals are required to be in possession of a visa when crossing the external borders of the member states.
